These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Spaniard AI website and related services. Spaniard AI is a commercial brand operated in Mexico by Broadband Broker S. de R.L. de C.V. and in the United States by Rio Networks LLC.

Services

Spaniard AI provides AI receptionists, WhatsApp chatbots, lead automation, appointment and reminder workflows, integrations with email, Google Sheets and CRM systems, and private AI assistants. The exact scope, fees, implementation schedule, support, and service levels for a client engagement are defined in a separate proposal, order form, or written agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services; interfere with their operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content; or use the services in violation of privacy, communications, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own instructions, data, notices, and use cases are lawful.

AI limitations and human review

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes and may not always understand a request correctly. Our services are designed to assist business operations and do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Clients should use appropriate human review for important decisions and sensitive communications.

Third-party services

Solutions may depend on third-party providers for telephony, WhatsApp, scheduling, email, hosting, automation, analytics, and other integrations. Their availability and terms may affect service operation. Spaniard AI is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, configurations, documentation, and original materials provided by Spaniard AI are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Clients retain ownership of their own data and materials, subject to permissions necessary to provide the contracted services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability arising from a specific client engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
